Cement is the sector’s barometer in the DRC. Produced locally by CILU at Lukala, CINAT and PPC Barnet, its price varies sharply between cities. In Kolwezi a 50 kg bag reached 40,000–45,000 CDF in October 2025 during the shortage caused by power cuts at the Carrilu works; in Kinshasa, ACP surveys give 24,000–26,000 CDF in early 2026. The prices below are market ranges; always check two or three merchants before ordering.
